Citrus Glaze

Ingredients

½ cup confectioners' sugar, sifted1 tablespoon lemon, lime, or orange juice

Before You Begin

To apply, spread glaze over the top of the cooled cake, allowing some to drip down the sides. Let the glaze set for at least 15 minutes before serving. This recipe makes enough glaze for one pound cake and was developed to accompany our Easy Pound Cake.

  1. Whisk confectioners’ sugar and citrus juice in bowl until smooth.
