A former reality TV producer and radio production manager, Eden got her start in food writing by editing a magazine focused on sustainable food and Indigenous agricultural practices in her hometown of Sydney, Australia. She now spends the majority of her time in the kitchen taking on elaborate baking projects, creating wacky ice cream flavors, and cooking up treats for her elderly, blind dog, Winston.
