Why This Recipe Works

This pizza was inspired by the Hellboy at Paulie Gee's in Brooklyn, which pairs spicy soppressata with hot honey. Using store-bought dough and jarred marinara made this restaurant-inspired pizza easy enough to cook at home on a weeknight.
