Ingredients

3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and chopped fine2 tablespoons currants, chopped fine1 garlic clove, minced1 teaspoon grated lemon zest plus 2 tablespoons juice

Before You Begin

Golden raisins can be substituted for the currants.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Let stand at room temperature for at least 20 minutes before serving.
