3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and chopped fine2 tablespoons currants, chopped fine1 garlic clove, minced1 teaspoon grated lemon zest plus 2 tablespoons juice
Before You Begin
Golden raisins can be substituted for the currants.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in bowl. Let stand at room temperature for at least 20 minutes before serving. (Store sauce for up to 3 days in fridge. Let come to room temperature before using.)
