She’s also a cast member of America's Test Kitchen and In The Test Kitchen, and a former deputy food editor at Cook's Illustrated. An ex-line cook with a chemistry degree from Wesleyan University, she blends scientific curiosity with hands-on kitchen experience to develop better, smarter ways to cook and bake.
