Yogurt-Herb Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup whole milk or low-fat plain yogurt 1 garlic clove, minced2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons minced fresh mint Salt and pepper
Before You Begin
This recipe can be halved to make ½ cup. You can also replace the cilantro and mint with dill or tarragon, or another herb you prefer.
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, garlic, cilantro, and mint in small bowl; season to taste with salt and pepper. Let stand at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. (Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.)
