Lemon and Herb Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons capers, minced1 tablespoon lemon zest, plus 2 teaspoons juice1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon

Before You Begin

Serve this tangy, aromatic sauce with Chickpea Fries or potato fries, or use it as a sandwich spread.

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. (Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.)

Why This Recipe Works

We paired zesty lemon with anise-forward tarragon for a floral punch and added minced capers for a tangy, salty bite. We love this sauce with our Chickpea Fries, but it would also go great atop a burger, served with fish, or alongside other fried foods.
