Cho Ganjang (Vinegar Soy Sauce)

Ingredients

¼ cup soy sauce ¼ cup distilled white vinegar Gochugaru

Instructions

  1. Combine ¼ cup soy sauce and ¼ cup distilled white vinegar in a small bowl. Sprinkle with gochugaru to taste. Serve. (Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.)
