Ingredients
¼ pound cooked and peeled shrimp ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 ounces cream cheese, softened2 tablespoons jarred roasted red bell pepper (chopped)3 scallions, sliced thin1 garlic clove, minced1 tablespoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning ¼ teaspoon salt ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Before You Begin
If you prefer, substitute 1/2 cup lump crab meat for the shrimp.
