Sweet and Spicy Thai Wing Sauce

Ingredients
½ cup packed brown sugar ¼ cup lime juice (2 limes)1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 garlic clove, minced2 tablespoons fish sauce
Instructions
- Combine sugar, lime juice, oil, pepper flakes, and garlic in small saucepan; bring to simmer over medium heat. Cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Off heat, stir in fish sauce. Transfer to large bowl.

Why This Recipe Works
To keep our baked wings crispy we didn't want to weigh them down with heavy sauces. Instead, we kept the sauces light-bodied yet assertive. And they're easy to make, too.
