Before You Begin

Although we prefer a cooking method that lends more flavor to fish, if you like your fish steamed, this is an excellent method.

Instructions

Place salmon steaks in a glass pie dish and cover with vented plastic wrap. Cook at 100% power in microwave for about 3 1/2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes.
