2 hard-cooked large eggs, chopped2 tablespoons sour cream 2 teaspoons minced cornichons 1 ½ teaspoons minced fresh parsley 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard 1 ½ teaspoons capers, rinsed and minced1 ½ teaspoons minced shallot
