Tahini and Honey Sauce

Ingredients
¼ cup tahini 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon water 2 teaspoons honey 1 garlic clove, minced to paste¾ teaspoon kosher salt ⅛ teaspoon ground cumin Pinch cayenne pepper 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
