Spicy Butter Sauce

Spicy Butter Sauce

Ingredients

3 tablespoons hot sauce 1 teaspoon cornstarch 3 tablespoons cold butter, cut into 3 pieces

Before You Begin

Our favorite conventional hot sauce is Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce. 

Instructions

  1. Whisk hot sauce and cornstarch together in small saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, whisking constantly, until mixture is bubbly and thick, about 2 minutes. Off heat, whisk in butter, 1 piece at a time, until melted. Serve warm.
