Before You Begin

Either peach juice or nectar works well here. Tilt the glass to a 45-degree angle and pour the wine down the side of the glass to minimize foaming.

Instructions

  1. Add peach nectar and peach schnapps to chilled champagne flute glass and stir to combine using bar spoon. Slowly add sparking wine and, using spoon, gently lift juice mixture from bottom of glass to top to combine. Garnish with peach slice and serve.

Why This Recipe Works

Our Bellini is easy to make because it is mixed in the flute and doesn't require specialized barware. We simply fortified peach juice with peach schnapps and then topped it off with sparkling wine.
