Why This Recipe Works
A bowl of ice cream is a treat, but a sauce ladled over the ice cream makes it something special. When we don’t have time to prepare our own hot fudge recipe, we doctor store-bought hot fudge sauce by adding white chocolate chips, seedless raspberry jam, and just a dash of salt, which helps to enhance and heighten the chocolate flavor of our Raspberry-Double Chocolate Sauce.
Instructions
- Microwave hot fudge sauce and white chocolate chips, covered, in microwave-safe bowl until chips are melted, about 3 minutes. Whisk in the jam and salt.
