Emily Rahravan is an Associate Digital Editor for America's Test Kitchen and Cook's Illustrated. She discovered her love for food writing and science at Allegheny College. After developing a cookbook for people receiving SNAP benefits and contributing to Edible, she found herself at ATK. She loves kimchi and winning free T-shirts from spicy wing challenges.
