After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Carmen cooked on many a stovetop throughout Boston and beyond, realizing along the way that improving food access was a way to build a more equitable and just society. As a member of the Latinx community, she is especially passionate about the intersection of food justice and efforts to increase language accessibility.
